It is a facsimile edition of the 1898 edition pub’d by Hall, privately printed and signed by Dr. David W. Ramsey in 1992; ours is no. 10 of 195 sets and is in great condition. The box is 12” x 9 1/2” x 2 1/2”, and is heavy.
